The Chief Minister's Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan 2.0 (CMAAA 2.0) is an initiative by the Government of Assam to empower unemployed youth by providing financial assistance for entrepreneurial ventures. Applications for this scheme commenced on February 1, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Residency: Applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam.
• Age: Between 28 to 45 years as of April 1, 2024.
• Educational Qualification:
  • General Category: Minimum Class 10 pass.
  • SC/ST/OBC: Up to Class 10 pass.
  • Professional Courses: ITI, Polytechnic, Diploma, or Postgraduate degrees in fields like Engineering, MBBS, BDS, Veterinary, Fisheries, Agriculture, etc.
• Previous Beneficiaries: Applicants who were beneficiaries of CMAAA 1.0 are not eligible.

Financial Assistance:

• Non-Professional Courses: Up to ₹2 lakh.
• Professional Courses: Up to ₹5 lakh.
• The assistance is disbursed in two installments.

Application Process:

1. Registration:

   • Visit the official CMAAA portal: https://cmaaa.assam.gov.in/.
   • Click on "Sign Up" and provide the required details.
   • Note: If you have previously registered under CMAAA 1.0 but were not a beneficiary, you can use your existing credentials to log in.

2. Application Submission:

   • After successful registration, log in to your account.
   • Complete the application form with accurate personal and professional information.
   • Upload the necessary documents (see below).
   • Pay the application fee: ₹200 for General Category and ₹100 for SC/ST/OBC.
   • Submit the application and retain the acknowledgment copy for future reference.

• Passport-sized photograph.
• Proof of Identity (e.g., PAN, Driving License, Passport, Bank Passbook, Aadhaar, or Voter ID Card).
• Proof of Address.
• Proof of Educational Qualification.
• Employment Exchange Registration Card.
• Bank Passbook or Cancelled Cheque.
• PAN Card.
• Project Report.
